Job summary

Pharma SourceDirect is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our on-site team in Englewood, CO. You will support the sales group by handling inquiries, scheduling, and coordinating orders, while maintaining CRM records and assisting with proposals and presentations.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service or sales support, a strong attention to detail, and familiarity with GMP/FDA guidelines. Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems is essential, with a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative assistance.
• Pharmaceutical compounding industry understanding, and experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other applicable channels.
• Support the sales manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing calendars.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of orders, shipments, and deliverables; QuickBooks knowledge preferred.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on sales inquiries and support sales personnel.
• Maintain and update accurate records in CRM (SalesForce) of customer interactions, regulatory data, sales activities, and prices.
