Pharma Source Direct, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support strategic initiatives in the pharmaceutical compounding wholesale space.

You will draft compliant B2B content, develop email campaigns, and manage customer-focused messaging within a regulated environment. You will coordinate LinkedIn and other channels, assist with website SEO, and help with tradeshow logistics, content creation, and analytics to improve engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and high attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MailerLite, HubSpot, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.
• Understanding of LinkedIn and core digital marketing principles.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn and other B2B channels: draft content, schedule posts, and track performance metrics.
• Develop compliant content for email campaigns, websites, and sales materials with internal stakeholders.
• Support targeted email marketing deployment and analyze campaign performance.
• Coordinate logistics for industry tradeshows, including inventory management, pre-show outreach, and post-show follow-ups.
• Assist with website administration, SEO efforts, and customer account management while ensuring regulatory compliance.
