Job summary

Pharma Source Direct, Inc. in Englewood, CO is seeking a Pharmaceutical Account Manager to expand our footprint in the compounding pharmacy market. You will manage and grow existing accounts while proactively prospecting new business for our API portfolio.

This role blends consultative B2B phone sales with deep industry knowledge to position Pharma Source Direct as a trusted, primary supplier. You will conduct outbound calls, manage the pipeline, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B inside sales or account management.
Ability to build relationships, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Strong numerical reasoning for margins and pricing.
Proficiency in Excel and a CRM platform.
Excellent verbal and written communication with presentations.

Responsibilities

Grow and manage a portfolio of compounding pharmacy accounts.
Outbound outreach to pharmacy decision-makers to qualify leads and close new business.
Develop territory plans, track sales cycles, negotiate pricing, and meet revenue targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to identify product needs.
Collaborate with Customer Support, Regulatory, and Logistics for order fulfillment and inquiries.
Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records of interactions, pipeline, quotes, and forecasts.
