Job summary

Syneos Health in Charleston, WV, seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to build relationships with healthcare providers and key decision makers. You will drive territory plans, deliver clinical presentations to physicians, and manage budget while leveraging AI-enabled tools to optimize interactions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; life sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or internship experience.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Strong communication and analytics skills.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed targeted sales goals in assigned territory.
• Develop and execute an integrated territory business plan.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and HCPs.
• Plan and organize territory coverage with action plan.
• Understand healthcare delivery system and physician hierarchy.
