Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in the United States to drive volume and market share for assigned products within a defined geographic region. You will present to physicians and healthcare professionals in office-based settings while aligning with our core values of client focus and results-driven execution.

The role requires a BA/BS and 2 years of outside B2B sales experience, with 1-2 years of pharmaceutical sales preferred and established regional relationships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• 2 years business-to-business outside sales experience with demonstrated impact preferred.
• 1-2 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience with demonstrated impact preferred.
• Established relationships within targeted geography.

Responsibilities

• Generate volume and market share growth for assigned products in a geographic area.
• Sell presentations to physicians and other health care professionals in an office-based setting.
• Develop understanding of geography-specific issues and managed health care opportunities.
• Manage allocated resources (samples, promotional and educational materials) within regulations.
• Maintain accountability for all pharmaceutical samples per FDA/PDMA guidelines.
• Use the sales automation system to document call and program activity.
• Complete initial and ongoing product and development training as required.
