Job summary

Immune BioPharma seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to cover Primary Care & Specialty in the United States. Entry level or experienced candidates will engage with physicians, office staff, and healthcare professionals to provide product knowledge and solutions that improve patient care.

You will develop account plans, deliver product education, and navigate reimbursement landscapes while upholding PhRMA guidelines and company values.

• Ability to communicate highly scientific and technical medical information
• Pharmaceutical industry product knowledge education
• Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
• Must be able to drive and cover local territory (no overnight travel)

Responsibilities

• Provide Scientific Knowledge, Business Acumen, and Customer Engagement expertise to specialist customers in support of our pharmaceutical products.
• Understand the reimbursement/distribution landscape for specialist customers and refer to appropriate resources for reimbursement and distribution choices, working within PhRMA guidelines and values.
• Maintain knowledge and data, which are constantly changing, with respect to the pharmaceutical products you represent.
• Provide product educational programs/in-services to customers.
• Work within Compliance guidelines and our industry regulations at all times.
• Develop strategies and tactics to generate sales.
• Develop and implement strategies specific to each customer within an account (e.g., Office Manager, Physician Assistants, nurses, billers, secretaries).
• Effectively manage allocated resources (i.e., financial).
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customers' requests, inquiries and needs.
