Job summary

Immune Biopharma is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to cover primary care and specialty accounts in the United States. The role focuses on communicating highly scientific information, supporting reimbursement discussions, and delivering education to healthcare professionals.

Entry level or Experienced candidates are welcome. The position emphasizes customer engagement, compliance with regulations, and strategic account planning to drive product adoption across a local territory.

Qualifications

• Provide Scientific Knowledge, Business Acumen, and Customer Engagement expertise to specialist customers.
• Understand the reimbursement/distribution landscape for specialist customers and refer to resources accordingly.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical products and updates.
• Provide product educational programs/in-services to customers.
• Work within Compliance guidelines and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Scientific Knowledge, Business Acumen, and Customer Engagement expertise to specialist customers in support of our pharmaceutical products.
• To understand the reimbursement/distribution landscape for specialist customers and identify the appropriate resources to refer customers to appropriate resource for reimbursement and distribution choices.
• Maintain knowledge and data, which are constantly changing, with respect to the pharmaceutical products you represent.
• Provide product educational programs/in-services to customers.
• Work within Compliance guidelines and our industry regulations at all times.
• Develop strategies and tactics to generate sales.
• Develop and implement strategies specific to each customer within an account.
• Effectively manage allocated resources (i.e., financial).
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to our customers' requests, inquiries and needs.
