Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or related BI/biopharma exposure.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and build relationships with HCPs and other stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.
• Willingness to learn and apply AI-driven tools to improve engagement.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing a territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and engage top target customers.
• Deliver product presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Plan and organize coverage to ensure regular territory activity.
• Analyze local market trends to inform business planning.
• Collaborate with sales, brand teams and support partners.
