Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our biopharma partnership and drive growth in a defined territory. You will build relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, deliver brand-specific clinical presentations, and execute an integrated territory plan to maximize sales.

The successful candidate will have a BA/BS (Life Sciences preferred), 2+ years in pharma or sales, strong communication and account-management skills, and the ability to learn complex

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or related internship.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing behavior.
• Strong communication and account management skills.
• Team player who can work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals in assigned territory with an integrated business plan.
• Identify key influencers and physician interactions.
• Plan and organize territory coverage.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and other health care professionals.
• Develop understanding of the healthcare delivery system within accounts.
• Collaborate with peers in sales, brand and support teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in training.
