You will build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff, navigate payer considerations, and deliver educational programs while adhering to industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Scientific Knowledge and Customer Engagement to specialist customers for our products.
• Understand reimbursement/distribution landscape and refer to appropriate resources.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and materials.
• Deliver product educational programs/in-services to customers.
• Work within Compliance guidelines and industry regulations at all times.
• Develop strategies to generate sales and tailor plans for each account.
• Manage allocated resources (financial) effectively.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing requests and needs.
