Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Documentation Management Lead to support Design & Construction (D&C) projects in a regulated biopharma environment, with a primary focus on pharmaceutical or biotech facilities. The role will oversee document workflows, ensure compliance, and develop dashboards for project closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience supporting pharma, biotech, or life sciences projects, with hands-on Autodesk Forma expertise.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation processes, document lifecycle management, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project documentation workflows, establish standards, manage document lifecycle, coordinate with engineering, construction, vendors, and site teams
• Support Autodesk Forma workflows
• Ensure documentation compliance and quality
• Develop reporting dashboards and support project closeout activities
