The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Construction Management within pharma, strong communication, and a commitment to GMP, FDA standards, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in life science or engineering.
• 10+ years experience in pharmaceutical construction management.
• On-site, administrative shift as needed, with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with critical path analysis.
• Oversee construction activities including site prep, foundation, erection, and commissioning.
• Monitor progress and mitigate delays or cost overruns proactively.
• Manage budgets covering procurement, labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors for seamless execution.
• Ensure GMP, FDA and safety regulation compliance through quality control and audits.
