Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a Documentation Management Lead to support the D&C Project Controls and Site Services for a major capital program. You will lead documentation management, establish standards, and ensure lifecycle integrity across engineering, construction, commissioning and site teams.

The role focuses on reliability engineering, requires Autodesk Forma experience, and involves travel to client sites up to 100% depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Forma is required.
• Strong understanding of document workflows and lifecycle management.
• Experience coordinating documentation across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation management activities across D&C projects and site-services workstreams.
• Establish and maintain project documentation standards, workflows, naming conventions, metadata, and filing structures.
• Manage document lifecycle from creation and review through approval, issuance, revision, archival, and turnover.
• Administer and support Autodesk Forma workflows and project information management.
