CleanSpace Modular LLC seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee pharmaceutical construction projects from inception to completion.

The role requires leading teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining client relationships, with ~20% travel to project sites. A strong background in regulated facilities and safety compliance is essential for delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field required or preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Pharmaceutical construction experience required.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or Primavera.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and manage plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules, resources, and strategies as needed.
• Ensure safety, codes, and quality standards compliance.
• Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve issues.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact.
• Track costs and prepare billing, forecasting, and budget reporting.
• Maintain organized project documentation and records.
• Lead meetings and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Collaborate with pre-construction, engineering, estimating, and field teams.
• Identify risks, schedule impacts, and scope issues; address proactively.
• Support successful project delivery through coordination and closeout.
