Job summary

GForce Life Sciences, on behalf of a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead capital projects from conceptualization through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, scope, quality, risk and stakeholder engagement across design, construction, and commissioning teams.

Responsibilities include directing design teams and construction managers, ensuring safety and compliance, reporting to the head of Engineering, Design, and Construction, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or construction management.
• 15–20 years of project/construction management experience.
• Minimum of $100 million in construction completed.

Responsibilities

• Develops well-conceived and timely project plans outlining the overall process.
• Manages approved funding, commitments and spend; develops forecasts and risk analyses.
• Leads design teams and construction managers through pre-construction, design, bidding and construction phases.
• Maintains schedules, budgets and client/contractor/vendor relationships; ensures safety and compliance.
