Job summary

AbbVie in Cincinnati is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor I to lead a packaging team, ensure safe, compliant operations, and deliver high-quality products while meeting regulatory and cost expectations.

You will coordinate shift activities, train staff, manage performance, drive improvements, and partner with quality, EHS, and maintenance to maintain a reliable, compliant manufacturing line in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering required; pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with packaging operations and cGMP compliance is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar manufacturing systems; good writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a packaging team on the production floor.

• Coordinate shift activities to meet production schedules.
