Job summary

AbbVie in Kentucky is seeking a packaging equipment maintenance technician to perform minor installation, preventive maintenance, and repair on packaging line equipment, ensuring safe, compliant operations.

You will document tasks, support cleaning, troubleshoot issues, assist with line changeovers, and maintain a clean, organized work area in line with cGMP requirements; bilingual English/Spanish communication preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Industrial Mechanics, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
• Must have basic math and technical literacy; English/Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Document tasks per procedures and compliance requirements.
• Support cleaning activities and perform maintenance on packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electronic issues and perform repairs.
• Assist with feeding materials and line changeovers on packaging lines.
• Maintain GMP-compliant work area.
