Job summary

KVK Tech, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will lead packaging staff, support schedules, enforce cGMP and safety, and ensure audit-ready documentation.

Collaboration with Quality, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Shipping is essential to maintain continuity and drive performance. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in regulated manufacturing with at least 2 years in supervision, plus experience with

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role overseeing packaging personnel.
• Solid knowledge of cGMP, data integrity, and packaging documentation practices.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems such as SYSPRO, SAP, JDE.
• Proven ability to train and coordinate operations staff in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily packaging line operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution.
• Plan, assign, and adjust shift activities to support schedules and priorities.
• Monitor adherence to SOPs, line clearance, housekeeping, and approved procedures.
• Review batch records, logbooks, cleaning records, and production forms for accuracy.
• Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Shipping to resolve material and schedule issues.
• Train and develop Packaging Line Leaders, Operators, and Mechanics.
• Track productivity, downtime, and performance trends; suggest improvements.
• Ensure data entry into ERP systems is accurate and audit-ready.
• Prepare shift updates, performance summaries, and communicate concerns to management.
• Support investigations and improvement initiatives as assigned.
