Job summary

You will lead teams, drive safety and quality, manage onboarding, and monitor KPIs while ensuring compliance with cGMPs; this role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develops and analyzes metrics and data to drive continuous improvement.
• Leads safety, quality, and SOP adherence.
• Mentors and trains operators; supports onboarding.
• Maintains batch records and shift reports per regulatory requirements.
• Ensures compliance with cGMP and corporate/regulatory guidelines.
• Oversees daily operations, payroll, PTO, and performance management.
