Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor I for the MD Pack shift (7am–7:30pm Thu–Sat and alternating Wednesdays) to lead safe operations and ensure quality.

You will coordinate the shift, develop team members, uphold regulatory compliance (cGMP), and drive continuous improvement while delivering on schedule and cost targets.

Bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering is required; two years manufacturing experience; SAP and MS Office familiarity; aseptic experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering required.
• Two years of manufacturing or related experience required; supervisor experience preferred.
• Experience with safety, quality systems, and cGMPs; strong written communication.
• Aseptic production experience desirable.

Responsibilities
