DSV is seeking an Ocean Export Manager (Pharma) in the USA to oversee the export process for ocean cargo, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with pharmaceutical requirements. You will manage relationships with customers, vendors, and service providers, and ensure documentation and regulatory handling for temperature-sensitive shipments.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Logistics or related field, 5+ years in freight forwarding or logistics, and strong leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

Oversee the ocean export process, including preparation of shipping documents, customs clearance, and booking with shipping lines.
Coordinate pharmaceutical shipments, ensuring proper handling, documentation, transportation, and regulatory compliance.
Apply knowledge of pharma and temperature-sensitive cargo to ensure compliant movement of shipments.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and other service providers to ensure timely delivery.
Build relationships with customers, vendors, and third-party service providers; resolve inquiries to maintain satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulations, including customs laws and pharma export requirements; monitor export controls.
