Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulations and export controls.
• Stay updated on ocean freight rules and export controls.
• Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Identify cost-saving process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs such as delivery times, costs and service quality.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvements.
