Job summary

MERGE, a marketing and technology agency, seeks a Director, Pharma Media to lead day-to-day media strategy for pharma accounts, focusing on HCP and DTC programs.

You will collaborate with Applied Intelligence, Discoverability, Programmatic and Social teams to deliver integrated solutions, monitor performance, and drive growth. This remote role offers US-based work flexibility and a salary range with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharma marketing media experience, with oncology exposure preferred.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams with agility and curiosity for new channels.
• Comfort with data-informed decisions: MMM, attribution and experimentation.
• Collaborative and humble, capable of guiding teams across functions.
• Bonus: hands-on experience in programmatic, paid search, SEO/GEO or paid social.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day media strategy for pharmaceutical accounts.
• Build integrated HCP and DTC audience plans and channel recommendations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Applied Intelligence, Discoverability, Programmatic and Social teams.
• Guide campaign performance and translate data into actionable optimizations.
• Identify organic growth opportunities for MERGE offerings and support pitches.
• Develop talent and stay ahead of pharma marketing shifts and AI/privacy trends.
