Job summary

MERGE, a marketing and technology agency, seeks a Senior VP, Pharma Media to lead strategy and delivery for pharma clients. You will shape HCP and DTC audience plans and align media choices with commercial outcomes, collaborating across disciplines to deliver integrated programs.

You will guide senior relationships, stay ahead of industry shifts, and mentor teams while expanding revenue with differentiated offerings. Remote work within the US is possible.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of media experience with pharma marketing and HCP strategy.
• Experience spanning HCP and DTC, oncology is a plus.
• Strong data fluency and ability to interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Lead media strategy and senior client relationships for complex pharma accounts.
• Develop audience strategies with segmentation, sequencing, and optimization.
• Partner with data and practice leads to build integrated media plans.
• Expand client value with differentiated offerings and cross-sell.
• Mentor internal teams and contribute to new business pitches.
• Stay ahead of trends in pharma marketing and emerging channels.
