MERGE is seeking a Vice President of Pharma Media to lead client strategy and media delivery across pharma accounts, emphasizing HCP and DTC programs. You will shape audience strategies, collaborate across practices, and expand client value with MERGE’s differentiated offerings.

You will mentor teams, drive growth, and stay ahead of pharma marketing trends in a dynamic ad-tech landscape. This role can be remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of media leadership in pharma marketing and HCP strategy.
• Ability to translate data insights into strategic media decisions.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated media plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead client strategy and media delivery for pharma accounts focusing on HCP and DTC.
• Develop audience strategies, segmentation, channel roles, and optimization.
• Collaborate with practices across Applied Intelligence, Discoverability, Programmatic and Social.
• Identify opportunities to expand client value with MERGE offerings.
• Support new business pitches and mentor internal teams.
• Stay ahead of trends in pharma media and ad-tech.
