Job summary

MERGE, a marketing and technology agency, seeks a Vice President, Pharma Media to drive senior strategy and media delivery for pharma clients. You will lead HCP and DTC programs, shape audience strategy, and ensure media choices align with business outcomes.

You bring 10+ years in pharma media, with HCP and DTC experience and oncology exposure, and you thrive in a collaborative, data-driven, ad-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of media leadership experience in pharma marketing.
• Experience spanning HCP and DTC marketing; oncology experience is a major plus.
• Strong data fluency with MMM, attribution, and patient-level data.

Responsibilities

• Lead media strategy and senior client relationships for complex pharma accounts (HCP focus).
• Craft advanced audience strategies and channel plans to meet client goals.
• Collaborate with Applied Intelligence, Discoverability, Programmatic, and Social teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand client value with MERGE offerings like HCP + DTC links.
• Support new business pitches and mentor internal teams for strategic rigor.
• Stay ahead of pharma marketing trends and evolving channels.
