Job summary

MERGE is seeking a Vice President, Pharma Media to lead strategy and delivery across pharma accounts, driving HCP and DTC programs with data-driven insights. You will champion integrated media plans, collaborate with analytics and activation specialists, and mentor teams to deliver measurable business impact.

You will shape audience strategies, stay ahead of marketing shifts, and expand client value by introducing differentiated offerings while maintaining a strong commercial focus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of media leadership in pharma marketing with HCP and DTC experience.
• Experience spanning pharma marketing, HCP strategy, and oncology is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead media strategy and senior client relationships for complex pharma accounts.
• Shape audience strategy with segmentation, channel roles, and optimization.
