Job summary

MERGE is a marketing and technology agency at the intersection of health and wellness, delivering Whole Human Marketing. The Vice President, Pharma Media will lead strategy and media delivery across pharma accounts, driving HCP and DTC audience strategy and high-impact client relationships.

You'll collaborate with data, practice leads, and internal teams to build integrated media plans, apply advanced measurement, and expand client value with differentiated offerings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of media leadership experience in pharma marketing.
• Experience spanning HCP and DTC, oncology is a major plus.
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate insights into client impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and media delivery for pharmaceutical accounts with a focus on HCP and DTC programs.
• Shape audience strategy including segmentation, channel roles, sequencing and optimization.
• Collaborate with data, analytics, and activation teams to craft integrated media plans.
• Identify opportunities to expand client value with MERGE offerings such as HCP + DTC Performance Link and Decision-Back consulting.
• Support new business pitches and mentor junior teams.
• Stay ahead of pharma marketing trends and evolving ad-tech landscapes.
