Job summary

You will mentor staff, optimize line performance, coordinate with QA and maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement and OpEx initiatives, while adhering to cGMP and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; sciences or engineering strongly preferred.
• Two years manufacturing or related experience; supervisor experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP) and familiar with cGMPs.

Responsibilities

• Safety: prioritize on-floor safety and promote a zero-incident culture in line with EHS requirements.
• People: deploy and develop team members; conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and time/attendance management.
• Operational: coordinate shift activities to meet production schedules and ensure smooth handovers.
• Compliance: ensure regulatory compliance; perform material checks and line clearance; manage issues promptly.
• Performance: manage cycle times and change-overs; seek continuous improvements.
• Development: provide training opportunities and growth plans for direct reports.
• Operation Excellence (OpEx): participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Generates and manages hazardous and non-hazardous waste per procedures and regulations.
