Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Representative in the United States to support outbound operations in a pharmaceutical logistics environment. You will focus on wave planning, scheduling, and compliance within GDP, FDA, and DEA standards.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service experience in warehousing, strong communication, and proficiency with WMS and Excel. Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM shifts. Base pay around the market rate with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of full-time customer service experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Experience in pharmaceutical logistics, 3PL operations, or regulated supply chain preferred.
• Strong client relationships and service excellence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Teams; familiarity with WMS.

Responsibilities

• Build, release, and monitor outbound waves to optimize pick/pack and on-time shipment execution.
• Confirm inventory availability and client specs before releasing waves.
• Coordinate daily outbound pickup schedules with carriers and confirm details.
• Validate packing lists, BOLs, temperature logs, and documentation for compliance.
• Ensure waves are executed on time and shipments staged correctly for carrier pickup.
• Serve as primary outbound contact for status updates, delays, and resolutions.
• Provide proactive updates to clients on order status and timelines.
• Communicate pickup instructions and temperature requirements to carriers.
• Enter, update, and validate outbound orders with real-time data accuracy.
• Research discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with warehouse/QA.
• Other tasks as assigned.
