Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the United States, based in Mississippi, to manage queries and complaints within a Contract Logistics framework. The role includes order processing, modifications, and cross-channel issue escalation while upholding service standards.

The CSR position requires at least 2 years in customer service with WMS/OMS experience, a relevant education, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience with warehouse management systems, order management systems and/or Manhattan.
  • HS Diploma or GED or BS/BA in Logistics, Biology, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse operational procedures, including receiving, order processing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management and cycle counting.
  • Knowledge of major WMS functions and how they relate to operational procedures
  • Strong interpersonal skills to include communication, presentation, and resolution management with an ability to remain calm and exhibit professional behavior at all times
  • Working knowledge of MS Office

  • Interact with customers and employees, answering questions regarding shipment times, product cuts, loads not picked up by the carrier, and damage claims

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will manage customer queries and complaints. Your typical work schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, and will be paid weekly at $20.00 per hour.

How you create impact

The CSR will also process orders, modifications, and elevate complaints across a number of communication channels.
