Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Contract Logistics Warehouse Lead in the United States to oversee operations, lead a team of warehouse associates, and ensure accurate inventory, safe practices, and timely order fulfillment. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will optimize processes and collaborate across functions to improve efficiency and service levels.

The role requires forklift experience, supervisory background, and strong technical skills, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• Forklift operating experience preferred.
• Basic technical and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Make recommendations to improve operations and processes.
• Operate material handling equipment.
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates.
• Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe.
• Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment.
• Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property.
• Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program.
• Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped.
• Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations.
• Be available to work overtime and weekends.
