Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative in Brownsburg, IN to support outbound operations in a pharmaceutical logistics environment. You will focus on wave planning, order coordination, and strict GDP, FDA, and DEA standards, ensuring accurate scheduling and communication across teams and partners.

The role runs Friday through Sunday, 12:00 AM to 12:30 PM with a pay rate of $26.72 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time customer service experience in warehousing or distribution
• Experience in pharmaceutical logistics, 3PL operations, or regulated supply chain preferred
• Excellent communication and documentation accuracy
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Fluent English (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Build, release, and monitor outbound waves to optimize pick/pack and on-time shipments
• Coordinate daily outbound schedules with carriers and confirm appointments
• Validate packing lists, BOLs, temperature logs, and client documentation
• Ensure real-time data accuracy across wave lifecycle
• Serve as primary contact for outbound questions and updates
• Research discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with warehouse and QA
