Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience working with pharmaceutical customers and engineering deployments.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical process manufacturing and GMP familiarity.
• Proven track record in pursuing and selling engineering services projects valued at $5-10 million.

Responsibilities

• Promote engineering services to major pharma clients focusing on process manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation.
• Develop proposals based on customer-specific requirements and industry regulations.
• Present, promote, and sell IoT and engineering services to pharma clients.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, and regulatory functions.
• Collaborate to identify engineering challenges in recipe design, OEE, downtime tracking, batch/material tracking, and maintenance & changeover.
• Drive new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sector with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct market analysis, lead business planning, and develop strategic sales initiatives.
• Monitor client engagement, support business reviews, and implement measures to strengthen relationships and expand service adoption.
• Drive awareness of IoT and digital engineering solutions through industry events and client engagements.
