Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support on-site operations in inventory control analysis, counting, and SOP adherence. You will work with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires experience in inventory management, SOX, and pharmaceutical distribution. On-site duties include audits, data analysis, and implementing best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Background in warehousing, logistics, and inventory control.
• Strong understanding of inventory management procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with SOX, FDA, CGMP, GDP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock movements.
• Identify discrepancies between records and physical counts and investigate causes.
• Help develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Assist in training operations on new inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement and warehouse teams for process improvements.
