Job summary

Hims & Hers in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support on-site inventory control analyses, counting, and procedures compliant with SOX. This role reports to the ICQA Area Manager and requires familiarity with pharmaceutical distribution and regulatory requirements.

Scheduled: Sun-Wed 5:30pm - 4am. You will conduct audits, analyze data, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to drive accuracy and continuous process

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 2+ years of experience in Pharmacy Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of inventory management practices and regulatory requirements (SOX, FDA, CGMP, GDP).
• Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (Netsuite, ePRO, SAP etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits & cycle counts to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports on inventory levels and stock movements.
• Identify discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts and investigate root causes.
• Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices to improve accuracy.
• Assist in training operations on newly implemented inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement and warehouse teams to implement best practices & continuous process improvement.
