Job summary

Hims & Hers in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support on-site inventory control analysis, counting and SOPs, with a background in pharmaceutical logistics and SOX familiarity.

You will conduct audits, analyze data, address discrepancies, and help implement inventory procedures while training staff. Collaboration with supply chain and warehouse teams is essential for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Background in pharmaceuticals, logistics and inventory control.
• Familiarity with SOX, FDA, CGMP and GDP requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite, ePRO, SAP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports on levels and stock movements.
• Investigate discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve accuracy.
• Assist in training operations on new inventory procedures.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement and warehouse teams for best practices.
