Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Analytical skills to perform root-cause analysis from inventory data.
• Working knowledge of inventory control methods, cycle-count programs, and loss prevention.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., Looker, NetSuite, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, inventory movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, inventory turns, and expirations; generate dashboards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen inventory controls and improve SOPs.
• Develop training materials and SOPs for inventory processes; support audits and new locations.
