Kantar is seeking a Vice President, Growth (Pharma) to lead the US pharmaceutical growth agenda. This senior commercial role focuses on building relationships with senior marketing and insights leaders, winning multi‑million dollar opportunities and turning complex business challenges into growth that is actionable.

You’ll lead consultative sales across Brand Strategy, Brand Performance, Creative Testing and Media Measurement, travel as needed and operate in a hybrid model with remote options.

Qualifikationen

• Senior commercial leadership with a track record in growth and business development in pharma.
• Experience selling to senior marketing and insights stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.

• Win new business and grow client relationships across Brand Strategy, Brand Performance, Creative Testing and Media Measurement.
• Lead the full sales journey from identification to proposal, negotiations and close.
• Build trusted relationships with senior pharmaceutical clients and connect them with Kantar expertise.
• Lead proposals and pitches with cross‑Kantar collaboration to create differentiated solutions.
• Contribute pharmaceutical perspective to client conversations, research design and thought leadership.
