AbbVie is seeking a Production Specialist I to work in a fast-paced pharmaceutical finishing operation focused on safety and quality. You will support setup, changeover and packaging, lead a team environment with peers, and drive for excellence in daily tasks across value streams.

You will perform line clearances, assist in equipment setup, and conduct quality checks while maintaining regulatory compliance and a proactive safety culture.

Qualifikationen

• High school education or equivalent; technical experience and troubleshooting aptitude preferred.
• Ability to communicate issues to appropriate engineering and mechanical team.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs and applications.
• Understanding and experience with systems such as POMs, SAP, and MAXIMO preferred.

Aufgaben

• Adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety procedures and guidelines, and facilitate a proactive safety culture.
• Perform housekeeping on finishing lines and complete line clearances for lot/list changes.
• Assist in setup of automated equipment in primary/secondary packaging areas.
• Operate automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment to produce finished product.
• Conduct quality checks and in-process measurements during production runs.
• Sustain 6S of parts and tooling across the production floor.
• Escalate safety, quality, technical and operating issues to the appropriate groups.
• Communicate and drive improvement opportunities through cross-functional teams.
