Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or degree preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.

• Experience with HMI controls, vision inspection systems, and product serialization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment for routine processes and operate on the line.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs; complete in-process quality checks.
• Train colleagues on equipment and processes as needed.
• Maintain safety, ALCOA, and GMP compliance; keep audit-ready area.
