Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred technical training. Expect 40–48 hours weekly, with potential overtime, and a strong focus on 6S and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical troubleshooting aptitude preferred.
• Technical certificate or degree preferred.
• Quality focus and policy compliance required.
• Ability to communicate issues to engineering and mechanical teams.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Support setup, changeover and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
• Assist automated equipment in primary or secondary packaging areas.
• Perform housekeeping and 6S on the production floor.
• Complete line clearances for lots and changes; perform line blowing as needed.
• Escalate safety, quality and operating issues promptly to appropriate groups.
• Communicate improvement opportunities with cross-functional teams and production schedule.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and optimize line efficiency.
