Qualifications

• 2–3 years of prior cGMP manufacturing experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and communicate issues to operations teams.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
• Understanding the importance of quality and safety standards.
• Experience with HMI controls, vision inspection systems, and product serialization.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, blow, clean, and clear equipment per batch records.
• Monitor manufacturing process and report issues to appropriate resources.
• Train colleagues on equipment and processes.
• Maintain audit-ready production area and follow ALCOA and GMP guidelines.
• Follow Environmental Health and Safety procedures and participate in safety initiatives.
