Job summary

ESCO Lifesciences Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Pharma) to install, qualify, maintain, and repair equipment used in GxP environments across North and South America. You will support FAT/IQ/OQ, perform preventive maintenance, and provide customer training while ensuring cGMP and GDP documentation standards.

The role requires extensive travel (about 75%), strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with PLCs and cleanroom practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of life science applications and laboratory equipment.
• Strong customer service background and communication skills.
• Willing to travel across the US about 75% of the time, mostly by flying.
• Experience with PLCs and cleanroom environments beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install, qualify, maintain, and repair pharma equipment in GxP settings.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and software issues.
• Provide customer training and support on-site and remotely.
