Zusammenfassung

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform installation, repair and maintenance of automated systems at customer sites. Travel is required both domestically and internationally to support customers.

You will diagnose equipment operation problems, read blueprints and schematics, and collaborate with Production, Engineering and Sales teams to ensure first-time fixes and customer satisfaction. A technical degree and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical, mechanical and pneumatic principles knowledge required.
• Experience as field service engineer, preferably in pharma/medical settings.
• Ability to read blueprints and electronic schematics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities are expected.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Perform installation, repair, maintenance and technical services at customer sites.
• Provide customer support, diagnose equipment problems and supply parts as needed.
• Assist at sites in machine start-up, installation and repair.
• Provide feedback to Engineering on deviations to update As Built files.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Sales on testing and FAT procedures.
• Work with minimal supervision from manuals and blueprints.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations and ISO QMS.
