Inizio Engage is hiring a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in Mansfield, OH to lead the launch of a new product. You will execute strategic plans, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive territory performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2+ years of primary care pharma sales, and a track record of delivering results in a high-growth environment. Overnight travel and a valid license are expected.

Competenze

• 2+ years primary care pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Rheumatology experience preferred.
• Launch Sales Experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment.
• Strategic thinker who can develop and drive a territory business plan.
• Some overnight travel will be required.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
