Job summary

InizioEngage is seeking Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representatives to drive the launch of a new product and execute strategic sales initiatives across an assigned territory. You will educate healthcare professionals on product benefits and manage territory plans to maximize adoption.

The role requires 2+ years of primary care pharmaceutical sales experience, with Rheumatology and launch experience preferred. Some overnight travel and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years primary care pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Rheumatology experience preferred.
• Launch sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful launch of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives.
• Implement strategic business plans to meet and exceed KPIs and goals for the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to educate them on product benefits, efficacy, and usage.
• Develop and implement territory business plans to maximize product adoption and market penetration.
• Conduct sales presentations and address customer inquiries effectively.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities and optimize territory management.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and ethical sales practices.
• Participate in training programs, meetings, and launch events to stay updated on product knowledge.
