Inizio Engage is seeking Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representatives to drive the launch of a new product in an ambitious, fast-paced environment. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver compelling product messaging, and execute territory plans to maximize adoption and market share.

You’ll contribute to strategic sales initiatives, track performance, and stay ahead of market and regulatory changes while traveling as needed.

Qualificações

• 2+ years primary care pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Rheumatology experience preferred.
• Launch sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment.
• Strategic thinker who can develop and drive a territory business plan.
• Some overnight travel will be required.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the successful launch of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives.
• Implement strategic business plans to meet and exceed all KPIs and goals for the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to educate them on product benefits and usage.
• Develop and implement territory plans to maximize product adoption and market penetration.
• Conduct sales presentations and address customer inquiries effectively.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive activities to adapt strategies.
• Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and optimize territory management.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and maintain ethical sales practices.
• Participate in training, meetings, and launch events to stay updated.
