Job summary

InizioEngage is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in Seattle, WA, to drive the launch of a new product and manage a designated territory. You will educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, develop plans to grow market share, and meet KPIs while navigating regulatory guidelines.

The role requires 2+ years in primary care pharma sales, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years primary care pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Rheumatology experience preferred.
• Launch sales experience preferred.
• Some overnight travel will be required.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful launch of a new pharmaceutical product within the assigned territory.
• Implement strategic business plans to meet/exceed KPIs and goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to educate on product benefits.
• Develop territory business plans to maximize product adoption and market penetration.
• Conduct sales presentations and deliver compelling product messaging.
