Job summary

SSOE is seeking a Senior Project Manager with pharmaceutical facilities experience to join our Industrial Facilities Design team. This senior role leads multi-discipline projects, ensuring schedule and budget adherence while partnering with clients and internal teams.

A strong background in pharma facilities and extensive leadership are required. The role offers a hybrid work schedule, potential remote arrangements, and a competitive salary with annual bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in PM, Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• PMP registration strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial facilities design and 5+ years in pharma facilities.
• Experience leading design of major capital industrial projects.
• Strong contract management, pre-design, construction administration knowledge.
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline teams and remote offices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations; passport may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-discipline major projects and oversee discipline leads.
• Ensure timetable adherence and financial success of projects.
• Prepare fee proposals and negotiate contracts with client input.
• Define project scope with discipline captains and managers.
• Prepare plans, controls, monitor progress, take corrective actions.
• Develop project budgets and schedules as progress measures.
• Manage outside consultants and document control.
• Travel to client sites and support business development.
